Delete your MicroCoach account
Delete your account and the data associated with it.
The fastest way — in the app
Open Profile → Delete Account and confirm.
MicroCoach then deletes:
- your RevenueCat customer record;
- your account on our servers and every row belonging to it — allowance counts and lesson generation records — removed by cascade;
- your session on this device; and
- every lesson, flashcard, quiz attempt, review log, statistic, setting and queued item stored locally.
Server deletion is immediate after authentication and cannot be undone. The app only confirms full account deletion after the server accepts the request; without an active session, it clearly reports that only local device data was removed.
If you can't open the app
Write to privacy@microcoach.site from the address linked to your MicroCoach account. Because accounts are anonymous by default, we may be unable to locate your records from an email address alone — we will ask for limited information to verify ownership. Never send passwords, receipts or access tokens.
Store subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account, or you will continue to be billed. Removing our copy of your purchase history cannot cancel a subscription Apple or Google holds.
What is kept, and for how long
Active server records linked to your account are deleted immediately after successful authentication. Encrypted operational backups are retained for up to 35 days before the deleted records age out of the backup cycle. Where records must be kept for accounting or fraud prevention, they are limited to what the law requires.
